Wolkyshop offers you the option to pay for your order afterward. We work together with Klarna for this. In this way, we offer you the option to order items from us without paying directly: you can first view the products at home and try them on. After we've send you the items, you will receive an email from Klarna with the invoice and payment options. You don't have to pay immediately: Klarna offers 14 days after the order has been shipped. You pay the invoice to Klarna (instead of wolkyshop.co.uk).
RETURNING YOUR ORDER
Is your order not to your liking? Return the order according to the information you received with your order. If you return part of the order, this will be automatically updated on the invoice. You only pay Klarna for the products you keep. You can 'pause' the payment to Klarna in the Klarna app. Here you can indicate that you are making a return. You then pause the payment until everything is settled.
PAYING THE BILL
When you have decided to keep (part of) the order, you can pay the invoice from Klarna. This can be done via your login details at klarna.com, but the easiest way to do so is via the Klarna app. You can download this app in the App store or Google Play store. Log in to the Klarna app and pay with one click. If you are using Klarna for the first time, they will ask you to fill in a number of details. If you use Klarna more often, all you have to do is indicate that you want to pay. You no longer need bank details or passwords. Super simple but always safe.
EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE
You can find all your payments and invoices for all your Klarna purchases in the Klarna app or when you log in to the website.
Klarna sends payment reminders so you never miss a payment. WHY CAN'T I PAY WITH THE PAY AFTER DELIVERY OPTION? Sometimes the option to pay after delivery does not appear as a payment option. This may depend on the fact that Klarna does not have enough information to approve the option to pay after delivery, the purchase amount is too high or because you live abroad.
